The Tripwires to Perform at SAAS Stands Out

February 10 - SAAS Stands Out on March 13 with music from the Tripwires! Featuring SAAS dad Johnny Sangster (Stella '15 and Malcolm '11) on lead guitar and harmony vocals, the Tripwires are a locally celebrated group of considerable pedigree and startling showmanship. The bands bio reads like a local “who’s who” as the Tripwires previous and current projects include bands like the Young Fresh Fellows, The Screaming Trees, Neko Case, The Minus 5, The Picketts, and many more. The group’s powerful pop and unfussy rock ‘n’ roll translates brilliantly from the stage and their live performances have been known to spontaneously instigate dance parties. This should be a great night of fun and dancing.

Get your table of 8 together and RSVP (Anne-Marie Guerrero, Annual Fund Director) to the SAAS celebration of the year.

In addition to playing in the Tripwires and several other bands, Johnny Sangster has produced records for many renowned artists including Mudhoney, The Briefs and the Posies. Thank you, Johnny and the Tripwires, for supporting SAAS!
